Return Policy 

Thank you for your purchase!

At CHARMSOFÍ, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you and your little one are unhappy with your purchase, no worries!  We offer a hassle-free return program.

RETURNS 

All returns must be authorized by a CHARMSOFÍ representative, and they must have an accompanying RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number (to be assigned once return is initiated)

Under no circumstances will any return be accepted without such approval or number. Goods will be returned at buyer's expense unless the items were delivered damaged or defective.

All items approved for return must be in unused, original packing and re-saleable condition. CHARMSOFÍ reserves the right to inspect all goods before issuing refunds.

Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of purchase. Customer has 10 days to return the merchandise after return request has been approved.

To ensure a smooth return process, please place item securely it its original package and include with your return: 

1. Full name, address and purchase order number

2. Copy of CHARMSOFÍ packing slip and invoice

      3. CHARMSOFÍ RMA authorization number and reason for return

*FINAL Sale items are not eligible for returns unless deemed defective*

REFUNDS

Refunds will be initiated to original method of payment within 7 days of receiving the merchandise and completion of product inspection.

To initiate a return, please email info@charmsofi.com. Please ensure to include the PO number and date of purchase. For warranty claims, please provide detailed description of issue and photos.
