HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an order, browse through our products at www.charmsofi.com, select the items you wish to purchase, add them to your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the instructions to provide shipping address, payment details, shipping method, coupon/gift card code (if applicable), and any additional information required.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Express Checkout: PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Shop Pay, Venmo Major Credit Cards: American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and Diners Club.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS?

Shipping options and costs may vary depending on your location, the weight/size of the package, and shipping method chosen. The shipping options are provided during the checkout process. We currently offer Ground shipping, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day. Please note that the only carrier that delivers to PO Boxes is USPS (available under Economy shipping). UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.

In addition, we have strict privacy policies in place to ensure the confidentiality of your information. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Orders may be cancelled between time of purchase and before the order ships. You can cancel the order on the order status page or by contacting us. You may not cancel an order after it ships.

HOW CAN I CHECK STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your place your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number. If you haven’t received your order within specified transit time of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@charmsofi.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Your order will ship 24-72 hours after receipt or product availability. Delivery times can vary based on shipping method selected. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information to monitor progress of your shipment.

 WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At CHARMSOFÍ, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you and your little one are unhappy with your purchase, no worries! We offer a hassle-free return program. Returns are accepted within 15 calendar days of purchase. Once RMA is issued, customer has 10 days to return the merchandise for refund. Goods will be returned at the buyer's expense unless the items were delivered damaged or defective. Refunds will be initiated to the original method of payment within 7 days of receiving the merchandise and completion of product inspection.  WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT? 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately and be ready to provide a detailed description of the issue with photos. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible either by providing a replacement, refund or other appropriate solutions.
